Orders and shipping
How long until my order ships?
Most of our pieces are made to order, so they ship in about 10 days after you order.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on every order.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States. If you are somewhere else, contact us and we will see what we can do.
How do I check on my order?
Email us with your order number (for example, SV-1001) and we will send you an update.
Payment
What currency are your prices in?
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
How can I pay?
We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe's secure checkout. Your card details never touch our site. Have a promotion code? You can enter it at checkout.
Materials and care
What is your jewelry made of?
We work with 925 sterling silver and 18k gold-plated finishes, set with high-carbon diamond simulants, pearls and coloured stones.
How do I care for sterling silver?
Take your jewelry off before swimming, showering or exercising, and put it on after lotion and perfume. Store each piece in a dry pouch or box, away from air and moisture, and polish it gently with a soft cloth to bring back its shine.

How do I find my ring size?
Each ring lists the sizes it comes in. Not sure which one is yours? Email us and we will help you choose.
Returns
Can I return or exchange a piece?
If something is not right, contact us with your order number and we will help.
